Before any pallet leaves the estate, its lot is tested by an independent laboratory against the house standard: conductivity, pH, moisture, sand. The certificate is published, the loading is filmed, and one serial follows the goods from quote to doorstep.

Where an order lands in the band is set by its preparation: the washing cycles, calcium buffering if asked for, the grading, and the time the lot takes in cure. The written quote states the exact figure before any commitment; the register is dated and every customer pays the register.
Porul Achi · The Land of Wealth
The coir capital of the world
Pollachi's old name is Porul Achi, the land of wealth, and the wealth was never a secret: it hangs in bunches from ten million palms. For two centuries the town's Tuesday sandhai has traded coconut, cattle and jaggery under the gaze of the Anaimalai hills, whose rain shadow and red laterite earth make this the densest coconut country in India.
Tamil tradition calls the palm kalpaka viruksham, the tree of plenty, of which every part is used: leaf, timber, kernel, water, fibre. Coir and its pith are the tree's last gift. And the debt runs deeper than trade: before the palm paid Pollachi's bills, its leaves carried the Tamil classics as olai manuscripts, and the word coir itself is Tamil: kayiru, rope. The world speaks a Pollachi word without knowing it.
This house exists to say it correctly: to put the town's name on the world's finest growing fibre, with proof in every pallet.

We are a single-estate house, family-verified at origin. We test every lot before it travels, publish what we find, price in the open, and film what we ship. Where the trade asks buyers to hope, we hand them papers.
The Marks of the House
Three marks, three duties
Every coconut on earth carries three germination pores at its crown: two blind, one alive. Every kolam drawn at a Pollachi threshold begins with dots before the line. The house marks inherit both: nothing invented, everything inherited. The three never share one surface.
The Estate Badge
The house mark: the name in the estate hand, its last letter rising into a coconut palm, COIR set between brass rules, the trio beneath, ringed in brass. It marks places and vessels: the signboard, the packaging face, the masthead of the Ledger.
The Seal
The cipher in lac wax, wearing the pottu: two above, one below, the coconut's own face. It closes papers, and only papers whose lot is tested, published, filmed and priced. It is never struck on an untested lot.
The Trio & Sprig
The small ornament: three nuts for the three pores, beneath a frond that bows the way loaded palms do. It signs the quiet places: chapter tails, kit lids, the end of a letter.
