What it is
The plug that keeps its shape
These coir seed starters are washed pith pressed into a fine biodegradable sleeve: each plug stands on its own, drains freely and keeps its shape from sowing to transplant. The seed hole is already formed and the fill carries almost no salt, so germination in these coir pellets is quick and even. Growers who run coco plugs for propagation lift them whole; roots pass straight through the sleeve, and the plug leaves the tray cleanly.
